What is this? It's a yogurt parfait. I make a weeks worth every Sunday. A half cup of Dannon Light & Fit Vanilla yogurt with some fresh fruit on top. This week it was strawberries and blueberries. Last week it was strawberries and raspberries. Then right before I eat it I sprinkle a tablespoon of Bear Naked Vanilla Almond Granola on top. Heaven. Seriously it's so delicious with very few calories! It's the best part of my day. And I'm sad when it's gone.
